Who We ARE
Why We Farm
With everything we do, we aim to challenge the status quo and improve access to healthy food for all while minimizing impact on the environment. We believe everyone deserves options that are fresh, nutritious and clean.
The way we improve access to healthy food is by growing locally, year-round, using innovative agricultural practices while limiting waste. We value the importance of partnering with the local community while providing a commitment to our customers.

LOCAL IMPACT
We supply to customers in the community and leverage talent and resources locally
We’ve partnered with the Jersey Fresh program to highlight the importance of locally sourced food and our connection to the Garden State.
As part of our efforts to give back to the local community, we work with the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and Farmers Against Hunger by suppling them with extra produce to support their members.
Sustainability for our Planet
By leveraging hydroponics, we can optimize the growing of produce while minimizing waste and conserving resources.
-
We use 80% less land to produce the same amount as conventional farming
-
We use 90% less water as compared to conventional farming
-
We use the minimal amount of fertilizer required as it is delivered directly to the roots of the plants, allowing for zero waste or runoff
-
We reduce food waste by only growing enough to meet demand and deliver at peak ripeness to minimize spoilage
Transparency
We hold ourselves accountable
You deserve to know who grows your food, how it was grown and when it was grown.
As a veteran owned farm, we have partnered with Homegrown by Heroes to promote the important impact our veterans have on our food system.
